Mark Ryan is the broker owner and team leader of The Mark Ryan Group. Mark started his real estate career in 2003 and immediately became one of the top agents to watch in the Dayton area. He obtained his broker license in 2007. He has grown his team and his business every year since. His aggressive marketing plan for getting listings sold tops all of those in the Dayton Area as well as his approach to the real estate team concept. Creating specialists in all areas of a real estate transaction so that nothing slips through the cracks and you truly are getting the best of the best in each area. He has many unique tools that only his team uses to enhance the seller and buyer experiences. In November of 2011 he opened a new satellite office of REMAX Victory in downtown Centerville, his hometown. Laura Ryan is the Overseer if Order for The Mark Ryan Group. She grew up in the Centerville Ohio area and she and Mark moved back here in 2005 with their oldest daughter so she could attend Centerville schools as Laura did. Laura's background in retail management makes this job a perfect fit, with her ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks. She is the driving force behind the buyer's agents helping with lead management and system setup. She also was able to return to her Alma Mater as a coach for the Volleyball program which she loves while attending Centerville High School. At the end of the day her passion is her family and the real estate business, while stressful and busy, allows her the time to be with her family and coach all while still managing the office.
Haven Pisani is a Buyer Specialist for the Mark Ryan Group, she has been a licensed Real Estate agent since the beginning of 2020. Haven grew up in the Liberty Township area and is a graduate of Lakota West High School and Miami University. Haven has a background in customer service which helps her communicate easily and resolve conflict effortlessly. She prides herself on providing exceptional service with honesty, integrity, and accountability. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling a home.
Dani grew up in Centerville and attended Centerville High School. During high school, Dani played volleyball and was a proud member of the National Honors Society. After high school, Dani attended Tiffin University where she discovered her passion for Real Estate. Before becoming a Realtor, she managed Ohio’s favorite traveling snack shack, Philly Pretzel Factory. Her background in the service industry helps her solve issues quickly and effectively while also keeping things fun! In her free time, she coaches and plays volleyball.
