Mark Ryan is the broker owner and team leader of The Mark Ryan Group. Mark started his real estate career in 2003 and immediately became one of the top agents to watch in the Dayton area. He obtained his broker license in 2007. He has grown his team and his business every year since. Laura Ryan is the Overseer if Order for The Mark Ryan Group. She grew up in the Centerville Ohio area and she and Mark moved back here in 2005 with their oldest daughter so she could attend Centerville schools as Laura did. Laura's background in retail management makes this job a perfect fit, with her ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks. She is the driving force behind the buyer's agents helping with lead management and system setup. She also was able to return to her Alma Mater as a coach for the Volleyball program which she loves while attending Centerville High School. At the end of the day her passion is her family and the real estate business, while stressful and busy, allows her the time to be with her family and coach all while still managing the office.
Haven Pisani is a Buyer Specialist for the Mark Ryan Group, she has been a licensed Real Estate agent since the beginning of 2020. Haven grew up in the Liberty Township area and is a graduate of Lakota West High School and Miami University. Haven has a background in customer service which helps her communicate easily and resolve conflict effortlessly. She prides herself on providing exceptional service with honesty, integrity, and accountability. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling a home.
Tatum is a Buyer Specialist for the Mark Ryan Group. Tatum went to Centerville High School and is currently attending The University of Cincinnati with a major in Marketing. Tatum has work history in the service and sales industry helping her build strong relationships and be more efficient. She prides herself on being honest, reliable, and optimistic. Tatum grew up in a real estate family and from a young age helped her parents in their business. She also has a speciality in property management as she has been helping manage her parents rentals for the last few years.
Madison is a buyer specialist for the Mark Ryan Group, dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes. Growing up in Springboro and graduating from Springboro High School, Madison has a deep understanding of the local community. When not assisting buyers, Madison enjoys diving into fantasy novels, exploring scenic hiking trails, and spending quality time with family and friends. Nicole is a buyer specialist with the Mark Ryan group, Nicole grew up in Scotland and moved the U.S.A when she was 12. She has lived and travelled extensively around the world and the U.S.A as an Air Force child and then wife, during her time as a military spouse she bought and sold multiple homes across the country which drove her want to pursue a career in real estate. She moved to the Dayton are in 2010 and fell in love with the area and the people. Her background in healthcare and customer service has helped her build great communication and negotiating skills When not helping buyers Nicole enjoys traveling, all things fitness and spending time with her two dogs and fiance.
